Grand Dussehra celebrations in Kothapet village

In Kothapeta village of Endapalli mandal of Jagityala district, on Saturday (JMR) under the leadership of  Mahender Reddy, the family participated in the Shami Puja program. Founder of JMR Trust, Jereddy Mahender Reddy celebrated the Dussehra festival in his residence premises and performed a special pooja with his family amidst the chanting of Vedic scholars. As part of the traditional method, the priests performed special pujas to the Jammi tree and blessed it for success. Alai Balai was taken by taking Jammi tree leaves and greeting each other with soulful hugs. Village people, leaders of various youth groups and others participated in this program.
